About Me: I grew up in West Yorkshire, but now live in rural Northumberland. I have been working as a freelance transcriber since 2005, and absolutely love it. I left secretarial college at 18, went straight into a role as an office junior for an insurance company, and have always worked in and around the admin/secretarial fields, from engineering firms, through to the NHS.


Unique Information: I love heading out for long walks, or relaxing at home with a good book, my knitting, and my sewing machine.

Qualifications: I have an NVQ in secretarial studies, along with various RSA qualifications in typing, audio typing, and shorthand.


Transcription Skills: I am able to tune my ear to most accents I come across within my work.
