We have been helping our clients for the last 15 years with the correct formatting and layout of their documents, whether they be dissertations with footnotes, large bundles with individual documents to format and place into the bundle, with contents pages, index pages, headings, inserting images, reformatting spreadsheets within a word document, dealing with indentation, bullet points, numbers and everything else related to Microsoft Word and word documents.
This service has arisen partly because over the years Microsoft Word has got increasingly complex and Microsoft have never really understood the need to keep everything in the same place to help users know exactly where every option is.
Microsoft v. Apple – a Neverending Saga
As users of the old Microsoft Word will remember, everything changed when Microsoft decided to try to compete with Apple and changed the way all their programs looked. Suddenly a lot of functions that used to exist in various locations across the top of Word documents had suddenly disappeared.
Since that time we have seen a steady increase in the number of our clients who require assistance in the layout and formatting of their word documents once we have completed a transcription for them.

Our Managing Director worked out that as a company we have over 500 years of Word document formatting experience. As our associate transcribers spend most of the day dealing with word documents and processing all kinds of different formatting options, we are experts in all aspects of Word.
