What is your policy on trigger warnings?

We ask all our clients to notify us if the content of their recordings contains anything that they think is potentially triggering or contains potentially upsetting material. Our transcribers make us aware of any topics they want to personally avoid exposure to, and we make sure wherever possible that they are not sent any recordings…
